This app is a 40-day journey of strength, healing, and obedience. Designed to help users move beyond survival mode, it combines structured workouts with Ethnotraumatology-based reflection and AIAER-guided prompts to address trauma, emotions, fear, doubt, and guilt throughout the fitness process. Each day invites users not only to train their bodies, but also to rebuild trust with themselves, develop resilience, and honor the deeper work of healing. It is a space where movement meets meaning, discipline meets compassion, and fitness becomes part of the journey toward wholeness.
